Mr. McHenry is a senior business executive with significant experience and a national authority on the formation, growth, operations, and profitability of professional employer organizations (PEOs).

McHenry’s strategic expertise and business acumen is key to identifying the optimal operational and strategic synchronization of a PEO in achieving and sustaining its long term profitability and financial health.

McHenry brings a unique blend of strategic, financial, and operating skills of a former co-founder and PEO operator of two PEOs that are now amongst the largest in the PEO industry. Mr. McHenry was a co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of National Business Solutions (the predecessor to Paychex Business Solutions) and a co-founder and President of Oasis Outsourcing. Mr. McHenry originally began his career as a CPA & CMA for Price Waterhouse.

Currently, McHenry serves on the faculty of Florida Atlantic University, a member of NAPEO and the NAPEO Accounting & Finance Committee, the ESAC Professional Advisory Board, a frequent contributor to the PEO Insider, a guest speaker at the NAPEO Annual & CFO Conferences, and the PEO Industry Expert for the Employee Leasing Board in the State of Florida.

Mr. McHenry has a degree in Business Administration from West Virginia University and a Masters in Accounting Information Systems from the University of West Florida.
